When buying a lot I always look for where are the Utilities located and coming to the lot. The grade in comparison to other Lots and the street Level could be very important. Will there be a septic system or public sewer for waste distribution. Are there any obstruction like Trees, Buildings or an existing slab that need to be removed.

Will the Lot be accessible for materials to be delivered, are culverts needed or in place. Sometimes we have to bring in soil and stones to make the lot available for construction. Our expertise will get you though the difficult times.
