Our robust, networked software systems then track project data such as specifications, cost, schedule, and other pertinent design and project information.

To Ensure your desires are reflected in the final result, your PM can work with you and our designer, to help choose finishes and details that assure your project will be both beautiful and on budget. Then, your PM will prepare and compile the appropriate contract documents.

Your PM will communicate on a regular basis with you, as well as the designer, to ensure a smooth process and avoid surprises. In addition to in-person meetings, conference calls, and email, your PM will also use web-based management tools to share and exchange information and updates when needed.


Every Home project is unique in scope, but process is systemically applied to each Home project.

We seek to get involved early in the design phase so that we can manage the project more efficiently, provide effective building solutions, and identify challenges early on to mitigate design changes after construction starts.

The Schedule is the heart and soul of a Home project. It impacts all parties Owners, General contractors, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, and others – on a daily basis. Whether the impact is positive or negative depends on the quality of the schedule, its realism, and how well each party understands the schedule but EDHB we are right on time.

Perform Value Engineering

EDHB uses Value Engineering in the Home Building process to get the work done by spending the least amount of resources for its Clients.

Inspections And Occupancy Permit

All Construction or Work for which a permit and inspection is required shall be the responsibility of EDHB Custom Homes and its Subcontractors until approved by the Local Building Officials.
